The Minka-Aire F519 52-inch Concept II flush mount ceiling fan is a shining example of our commitment to superior performance and maximum comfort. Ideal for low ceilings with a total hanging depth of 10-1/2 inches, this fan can be used with or without the included optional light fixture.
Housed in a sleek metal body finished in white, the Concept II features three concave silver blades pitched at 14-degrees for efficient air movement. The 172mm x 20mm spinner motor completes 179/70 rpm on high/low speeds, delivering an impressive airflow CFM of 6300 using only 59 watts of electricity. The airflow efficiency per watt is 106.78 CFM.
The optional integrated light is shielded by a frosted glass lens and uses a single 100-watt mini-can halogen bulb (included). If you choose not to use the light, a coordinating solid cap is provided.
This Minka-Aire ceiling fan comes equipped with the RC212 handheld AireControl remote system, featuring a three-speed fan control in both forward and reverse directions. This makes the Concept II suitable for year-round use, allowing you to move heat from the ceiling in the winter and recirculate air from the outside in the summer, potentially saving on energy costs.
The remote also offers on/off switching and a full-range light dimmer with independent up/down light control, with a operating range of up to 40 feet. The remote includes a 12V battery and a wall holder for convenient placement.

Minka-aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in material and workmanship as long as the original purchaser owns the fan. Minka-aire's only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace, repair or refund the purchase price any fan confirmed by minka-aire to be defective in material or workmanship after such fan is returned to minka-aire by the original purchaser along with a proof of purchase and with shipping charges prepaid.
